- All Sales/Services are Final when payment has been made and our Technician departs from the vehicle location. NO REFUNDS after Service is Completed.
- Deposits for Service Appointments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable to rescheduled appointments unless authorized by Management.
- In the event a customer is not at the scheduled location for the Service Appointment at the time booked for Service, any Deposit will be forfeited.
- Express Mobile Lube retains the First Right of Review for any purported issue potentially arising from a Service Appointment. In the event that a customer has a third party address any purported issue, any liability Express Mobile Lube may or may not have had is waived by the customer when a third party performs any alterations to the vehicle.
- CANCELLATIONS – Cancellation of a booked Service Appointment must be received no less than Twenty-Four (24) Hours prior to the schedule Appointment.
